• Enterprise Display Services: Providing information display, certification identification, and promotional pages for businesses

• Business Connection Services: Facilitating connections between buyers, investors, and quality enterprises

Based on usage methods and registration types, users are categorized as follows:

As an enterprise user, you represent and warrant that:

• All submitted information (including text, images, certificates, data) is true, accurate, and lawful

• You possess all necessary rights or have obtained necessary authorizations for submitted content

• Submitted information does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights

• Enterprise qualification documents (business licenses, certification certificates, etc.) are authentic, valid, and within their validity period

4.2 Information Review and Display

• We have the right but not the obligation to review all submitted information

• We reserve the right to reject, modify, or delete information we deem inappropriate, inaccurate, or violating these Terms

• Enterprise ranking positions are determined by algorithms and are not affected by paid displays in core ranking logic

• Paid display services will be clearly marked as "Recommended" or "Advertisement" on relevant pages

4.3 User-Generated Content

If services include comments, ratings, or forum features, you agree to:

• Assume full responsibility for content you publish

• Not publish false, defamatory, insulting, harassing, obscene, violent, or illegal content

• Not publish content that may constitute trade secret disclosure

• Grant us a global, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, and display your submitted content

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Platform Intellectual Property

The Services and all their contents, including but not limited to:

• Ranking algorithms, data analysis models, software code

• Website design, layout, graphics, logos

• Compiled data, industry reports, analytical charts

• "Verity Rank," "维瑞评级," and related identifiers
  are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, belonging to us or our licensors.

5.2 Usage Restrictions

Without explicit written permission, you may not:

• Copy, modify, disseminate, display, perform, reproduce, or create derivative works

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to obtain source code

• Use automated tools (crawlers, robots, etc.) to scrape data, except through official APIs

• Use the Services for any commercial data resale purposes

5.3 Authorized API Usage

If API services are provided, a separate API Usage Agreement must be signed, adhering to:

• Call frequency limitations

• Data usage scope restrictions

• Necessary attribution declaration requirements

6. Paid Service Terms

6.1 Service Packages

Current enterprise service packages include:

• All fees must be paid before service commencement

• Annually paid services will receive renewal reminders 30 days before expiration

• Overdue payments will result in service suspension, with data potentially removed after 30 days

• All fees are exclusive of taxes; contact customer service for invoices after payment

6.3 Refund Policy

• Basic Inclusion Service: Non-refundable once data is entered into the system

• Enterprise Directory Listing: Refundable within 7 days of service commencement, subject to 20% administrative fee

• Ranking Recommendation Listing: Non-refundable after service commencement, but may request transfer to equivalent services

• Custom Services: Subject to specific contract terms

We reserve the right to adjust service prices and package contents, with adjustments:

• Not affecting current service periods for already paid fees

• Notifying existing users before new service periods begin

• Providing users with reasonable transition options

7. User Conduct Guidelines

7.1 Prohibited Conduct

When using the Services, you must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

• Impersonate others or entities, or falsely represent affiliation with any person or entity

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services

• Attempt to bypass any content filtering, security measures, or access restrictions

• Collect or obtain personal information of other users

• Engage in any illegal activities or promote illegal activities

• Use the Services to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)

7.2 Ranking Integrity Protection

You specifically agree not to engage in activities that may affect ranking integrity, including:

• Artificially inflating ranking data through technical means

• Organizing or participating in false transactions, reviews, or certifications

• Bribing or attempting to influence platform staff

• Spreading false or misleading information about competitors

Violation of these Terms may result in:

• Removal of offending content

• Suspension or termination of account

• Restricted access to services

• Legal action and claims for damages

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• Usage logs: Typically retained for 12 months for security analysis and service improvement

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

9.1 Services Provided "As Is"

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we make no representations or warranties:

• That the Services will meet all your requirements

• That the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

• That results obtained through the Services will be accurate or reliable

• That any errors in the Services will be corrected

9.2 Reference Nature of Data

You expressly understand and agree that:

• All rankings, ratings, and data are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice

• You should independently verify important information, particularly for business decisions

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of enterprise information

• We are not responsible for any losses resulting from reliance on Platform information

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• Data loss, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or business interruption

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

• Statements or conduct of any third party regarding your use of the Services
