VerityRank is an independent editorial platform that publishes brand and manufacturer rankings, verified enterprise profiles, industry analyses, and related business intelligence. The Site is provided free of charge for informational purposes.

2. Rankings & Editorial Independence

• Rankings are compiled from publicly available sources — annual reports, investor filings, official websites, and third-party market research — using our editorial methodology.
• VerityRank receives no compensation from ranked companies for ranking positions. Inclusion or position in any list cannot be purchased.
• Rankings and scores represent our editorial judgment at the time of publication and should serve as one input among many in commercial or investment decisions — not as professional, financial, or legal advice.
• Company names, logos, and trademarks shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial commentary only. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download Site content without prior written permission;
• use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with Site operation;
• misrepresent VerityRank content, or republish it in a misleading or defamatory context.
