Fuller
Fuller Technologies is the revived century-old cement machinery brand created in October 2025, when Danish engineering group FLSmidth sold its entire cement business — equipment assets, intellectual property, and the global manufacturing and service network — to US private equity firm Pacific Avenue Capital Partners. The new company resurrected the Fuller name, a storied industrial brand rooted in Pennsylvania, and now holds a core equipment share above 50% of cement plants outside China. Its annual sales are estimated at around USD 616 million, anchored by flagship products such as PFISTER® high-precision feeding systems, Ventomatic® automatic packing lines and Fuller-Kinyon® pneumatic conveying pumps.
Strengths: Dominant installed base in non-China cement plants with more than 50% core equipment share; iconic product portfolio including PFISTER feeders and Ventomatic packers; 16 regional hubs spanning Beijing, Chennai and Augsburg with about 2,000 engineers and service staff; decarbonization leadership through calcined clay plants, alternative-fuel retrofits and ECS™ 9.2 control systems; US heritage and government-relations advantages under Pacific Avenue ownership.
Weaknesses: Ownership transition turbulence after the carve-out from FLSmidth, with customer and talent-retention risks; limited exposure to China’s large cement market, where local champions dominate; estimated revenue base below its European predecessors during the transition period.Read More ▼Show Less ▲
